Like most websites, ours records some basic activity so we can understand how the showroom site is used and improve it:

• Visit analytics. We record which pages are viewed and general session activity (for example, the pages you browse during a visit). This helps us see what's useful and what isn't.
• Approximate location. We use a third-party service (ip-api.com) to estimate an approximate location from your IP address — typically the city or region. This helps us serve local customers better. We do not use it to pinpoint your exact address.
• How you found us. When you arrive from a link in an online listing, an advertisement, or another website, that link can carry information about where it came from — for example which advertisement or listing you clicked. We record that, along with the page you arrived on and the website that referred you, so we can understand which of our listings and advertisements actually help people find us. We do not use it to identify you personally, we do not build a profile of your browsing across other websites, and we do not sell it.

Service providers we rely on

We use a few trusted outside services to run the business. When you interact with us, some information may be handled by them on our behalf:

• Email. We send and manage email through our email service provider, Brevo.
• Payments. If you make a purchase, payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details are handled directly by Stripe — we do not store your card numbers on our systems.
• Location lookup. Approximate location is provided by ip-api.com, as described above.

How we use your information

We use the information above to:

• Respond to your questions and requests
• Prepare and send quotes and follow up about them
• Process a payment when you choose to buy
• Understand and improve how our website is used

What we don't do

We do not sell your personal information to third parties, and we don't share it for anyone else's marketing. We share information only with the service providers listed above, and only so they can do their part in serving you.
